SCU International Women in STEM Scholarship 2023

Who Can Apply:

1. You are a female international student currently residing in Australia.
2. You wish to pursue a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree in fields related to Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
3. Your academic performance in mathematics and science is commendable, and you meet the minimum admission requirements of Southern Cross University.
4. You successfully complete all units in your course with at least a pass in each to remain eligible for the scholarship.
5. You must adhere to the attendance requirements of your program and student visa to retain the scholarship.
6. Citizens or permanent residents of Australia or New Zealand are not eligible to apply.

For undergraduate entry, you should have a qualification equivalent to Australian Year 12 with the required entry grade for your chosen program and English language proficiency comparable to Academic IELTS 6.0 overall, with no band score less than 5.5.

For postgraduate entry, you need to have a qualification equivalent to an Australian Bachelor’s degree and English language proficiency comparable to Academic IELTS 6.5.

Scholarship Value:

The SCU International Women in STEM Scholarship provides a generous $8,000 fee reduction per year, disbursed in installments throughout each study year. The scholarship begins from the first session and continues based on your successful completion of each study session.
