Who Can Apply?
The Cambridge International Scholarships are open to students who will be undertaking research leading to a PhD degree at the University of Cambridge in 2022. Applicants should be required to pay University fees at the international rate. On the other hand, the Vice-Chancellor’s Awards are intended for UK and Irish nationals who need to pay fees at the domestic rate.
Selection Criteria:
The University Committee will create a ranked list of all PhD candidates from various disciplines based solely on academic qualifications, references, and research potential. Financial circumstances do not influence the selection of scholarship recipients.
Application Process:
The applications for the scholarships are currently closed. However, if you wish to start your PhD at the University in the upcoming academic year, make sure to complete the funding section of the online application form via the Applicant Portal. Express your interest in being considered for funding when submitting your application before either the 1st of December 2022 or the 5th of January 2023, depending on your course.
