You should also include any leadership positions and details of your involvement in your school or community. Full transcripts and other documentation relevant to the qualification type. An offer of place from Victoria University of Wellington (conditional or unconditional).

The scholarship allows you to study at any approved university located in a country where there is a host Rotary club or district, outside your home country. You can pursue graduate-level coursework or research in one of Rotary’s six areas of focus, which include:

  1. Peace and conflict prevention/resolution
  2. Disease prevention and treatment
  3. Water and sanitation
  4. Maternal and child health
  5. Basic education and literacy
  6. Economic and community development

Scholarship Value:

The Rotary Foundation provides a minimum budget of $30,000 for each global grant scholarship. This amount covers various essential expenses, such as:

  • Passport/visa fees
  • Required inoculations
  • Travel expenses (as specified in the grant terms and conditions)
  • School supplies
  • Tuition fees
  • Room and board expenses
  • Household supplies
  • Language training courses (unless university admission depends on language skill improvement)

Keep in mind that personal and miscellaneous expenses are usually not covered by the scholarship funding.

Application Process:
