5. Financial Need: The scholarship aims to support financially needy students. For eligibility, the parents’ annual gross income must not exceed P500,000.00 for UP Diliman and P250,000.00 for provincial State Universities and Colleges (SUCs).
6. Good Conduct: Candidates must have maintained good conduct in Senior High School, with no disciplinary action worse than a five-day class suspension.
7. Exclusive Grant: Students should not be recipients of any other scholarship grant during the time of application.
