- Academic Excellence: Students should possess a commendable academic record, with a general weighted average (GWA) of at least 85% during their Grade 11 and Grade 12 up to the first term or second grading period.
- Minimum Enrollment: Applicants must be enrolled in a minimum of 15 units at the time of receiving the scholarship award.
- Financial Need: The scholarship aims to support financially needy students. For eligibility, the parents’ annual gross income must not exceed P500,000.00 for UP Diliman and P250,000.00 for provincial State Universities and Colleges (SUCs).
- Good Conduct: Candidates must have maintained good conduct in Senior High School, with no disciplinary action worse than a five-day class suspension.
- Exclusive Grant: Students should not be recipients of any other scholarship grant during the time of application.
To apply for the Gold Eagle Scholarship, candidates must submit the following documents:
- Duly Accomplished Form, along with a 2×2 photo in a white background.
- Certified True Copies of Grade 11 and Grade 12 Report Cards, displaying the General Weighted Average (GWA). For Grade 12, grades up to the first term or second grading period are accepted.
- Certified True Copy of Parents or Legal Guardians’ Latest Income Tax Return. Alternatively, an Affidavit of Source of Income can be submitted if the tax return is unavailable.
- Certified True Copy of Certificate of Registration/Admission in the University/college.
