  4. Candidates must have completed at least one year of undergraduate studies at a foreign university (outside France) in the calendar year prior to the application.
  5. As of September 1st following admission, applicants must have completed at least two years of undergraduate studies in a foreign university (outside France). However, in some cases, candidates with non-standard academic backgrounds may be considered upon approval from the Director of ENS.

Application Process: Unfortunately, applications for the scholarship program are currently closed. The application form and required documents should be submitted online before 7th December 2022 for the Session 2023.
