Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a non-UK nationality and be classified as an overseas student for tuition fee purposes.
  • Be a self-funding student and starting your first year (Level 1) at the University of Leeds.
  • Have received an offer to study an eligible undergraduate degree program within the School of Earth and Environment.
  • Not be receiving any other scholarship from the University of Leeds.
  • If you have completed the International Foundation Year (IFY) at the University of Leeds, you will also be considered for the scholarship.
  • Maintain a yearly attainment percentage of 60% or above with all modules passed at the first attempt to continue receiving the scholarship in subsequent years.
  • Note that the scholarship will not cover the industrial placement or study abroad year.
