Required Documents:

To apply for the scholarship, candidates must submit the following documents:

  1. Duly filled-in and photographed application form in the prescribed format for each academic year.
  2. Mark Sheets: Academic records of all previous qualifications starting from Class X.
  3. Pass Certificates: Class X and XII examination pass certificates.
  4. Academic Excellence: Proof of having scored 90% marks or more in Class XII.
  5. Income Proof: Copies of the latest pay slips, I.T. Returns, or Family Income Certificate as per eligibility criteria.
  6. Scholarship Affidavit: A document stating that the candidate has not received a scholarship from any other private organization, religious/spiritual organization, or government authority and has not taken admission through special quotas.
  7. Semester Results: Copies of results from all semester examinations passed.
  8. Fee Receipts: Copies of the latest fee receipts issued by the University/Institute.
  9. Fee Details: A detailed breakdown of the fees, including Tuition Fee, Library, Hostel, Books, etc., duly signed by the principal/administrator of the Institute.
