The Knight-Hennessy Scholars program at Stanford University is dedicated to nurturing a diverse and multidisciplinary community of emerging leaders from around the world. Program Overview:

The Knight-Hennessy Scholars program at Stanford University is open to talented individuals from all countries, with no restrictions based on citizenship, age, field of study, or career aspirations. The program offers full-time Master’s and PhD degrees in any subject offered at Stanford across all seven schools.

Scholarship Benefits:

Successful Knight-Hennessy scholars will receive funding for up to three years for their chosen graduate degree(s) at Stanford. This includes a fellowship that covers tuition and associated fees, a stipend for living and academic expenses, and a travel stipend to cover annual trips to and from Stanford.

Additionally, newly enrolling scholars will receive a one-time relocation stipend to help offset the costs associated with relocating to the area and technology purchases. Scholars in their second and third years may also apply for supplemental funds to support academic enrichment activities, such as conference travel.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the Knight-Hennessy Scholars program, applicants must meet two baseline requirements. First, they must apply and be accepted into a full-time Stanford graduate degree program in fields like law, business, medicine, arts, public policy, or others. Second, applicants must have earned a U.S. bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from a recognized college or university no earlier than January 2017.

Application Process:

To be considered for the scholarship, applicants must apply separately and concurrently to the Knight-Hennessy Scholars program and their chosen Stanford graduate degree program.
