Danish State Tuition Fee Waivers and Scholarships at Roskilde University

Eligible Master’s Programs:
Roskilde University is currently offering scholarships for the following Master’s programs:
- Master in Environmental Science
- Master in Global and Development Studies
- Master in International Politics and Governance
- Master in Media and Communication
- Master in Nordic Urban Planning Studies
- Master in Computer Science
Who can Apply?
The scholarships are open to international students coming from countries outside the EU/EEA. If you require a residence permit to study in Denmark and are required to pay tuition fees, you can apply for this opportunity.
Scholarship Value and Duration:
Successful candidates will receive a tuition fee waiver for their chosen Master’s program. Additionally, they will be granted a monthly scholarship of DKK 7,800 to help cover living expenses in Denmark. The total duration of the scholarship and fee waiver is limited to 22 months for programs starting in September.
Application Process:
Please note that applications for the scholarship are currently closed. However, if you are interested in applying in the future, the process involves the following steps:
- Choose one of the eligible Master’s programs.
- Prepare a motivational letter and CV outlining your academic and occupational background.
- Submit your application for admission to the Master’s program along with the motivational letter and CV before 15th January 2023 for September 2023 entry.
