The application process involves enrolling and gaining admission into your desired program before completing the grant application form. Supporting documents required include a completed electronic application form, project description and objectives, a letter of support from a non-academic partner or collaborator (if applicable), a detailed budget, financial confirmation letter by an ETH professor or unit, CV of the applicant (including publication list within 2 pages), and one reference letter from within ETH.

Language proficiency in both English and German is essential, and applicants must meet the entry and academic requirements of their chosen study program at the bachelor, master, doctoral, or postdoctoral level.
