    • Applicants from native English-speaking countries or countries with English as the official language are encouraged to apply for English-taught programs.

What are the Application Materials?

When applying for the BGS, you will need to submit the following documents:

  1. Scanned copy of your passport (information page).
  2. Notarized copies of BSc or Master’s Degree certificates, and transcripts.
  3. Non-criminal record certificate.
  4. Health examination certificate.
  5. Study plan.
  6. CV (Curriculum Vitae).
  7. Two recommendation letters.
  8. Acceptance letter from the supervisor (for PhD applicants).

What are the Scholarship Benefits?

Recipients of the Beijing Government Scholarship will receive partial funding, paying only half of the tuition fees. The scholarship amounts are as follows:

  • Bachelors: ¥13,000 per year
  • Masters: ¥15,000 per year
  • PhD: ¥18,000 per year
