Zuyd Excellence Scholarship (ZES) 2023

1. Non-EU/EEA/Switzerland Nationals: The scholarship is open to applicants from all countries, except EU/EEA or Switzerland.
2. Full-Time Bachelor’s or Master’s Program: You should be applying for a full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at Zuyd University of Applied Sciences.
3. Zuyd Student Number: You must have received a Zuyd student number before applying for the scholarship.
4. Program-Specific Requirements: Applicants need to meet the specific requirements set by the program and institution they are applying to.
5. Highest Institutional Tuition Fees: The scholarship is applicable to candidates who will be paying the highest institutional tuition fees and who will be residing in the Netherlands during their study period.
6. Fully English-Taught, Government-Funded Programs: The scholarships are applicable only to international students enrolling in fully English-taught, government-funded Bachelor and Master programs.

Required Documents:

To apply for the Zuyd Excellence Scholarship, you will need to submit the following documents:

1. Letter of Motivation: Compose a one-page A4 letter of motivation covering the following points:
   • Why you have chosen your particular study program at Zuyd University of Applied Sciences.
   • The value you expect the study program to add to your previous education.
   • How you anticipate the study program contributing to your future career.
2. Letter of Reference: Provide a signed and dated letter of reference on official stationery from a referee at your current educational institution. This letter should describe your excellent academic abilities and competencies.
