Nationality: Only Canadian citizens with permanent addresses in the provinces of Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, or Newfoundland and Labrador are eligible to apply. If you are a resident of Western Canada, please apply to the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Vancouver.
2. Course Level: The scholarship is available for Bachelor, Master, and PhD degree programs.
3. Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is required.
4. Country Exclusion: Applicants from mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau are not eligible to apply.

Application Process:
