Level and Field of Study: Full-time Master’s and PhD degrees in any subject are eligible, except for second degrees, LL.M, MBA, part-time degrees, bachelor’s degrees for non-European applicants, doctorate studies in dentistry and medicine, postdoctoral programs, projects, and separate stays abroad.

Scholarship Benefits: For Master’s degree students, the scholarship provides financial support of up to €861 per month, along with a contribution to health insurance. The Foundation may also offer non-material support for projects, events, and initiatives. The minimum funding period is 2 semesters, and the scholarships do not need to be repaid. Initially, funding is granted for 1 year, but extensions up to the end of the course can be requested. However, study and research stays, as well as internships abroad, are not funded.

Application Requirements: Applicants must submit their application documents in German, and the selection interview will also be conducted in German, regardless of whether the course or doctoral program is in English.
