Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the ETE scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  2. Aged 35 years or younger as of March 1, 2023.
  3. Enrolling in their first bachelor’s degree or diploma program.
  4. Planning to study in their home country or a neighboring developing country.
  5. Pursuing degrees that will benefit their local communities, such as medicine, education, engineering, business, and more.
  6. Intending to live and work in their home country after graduation.
  7. Demonstrated commitment to community service through prior volunteer work.
