Who Can Apply: The scholarship is open to nationals of specific countries in different regions:

Available Study Programs: The scholarship covers diverse fields of study, including Science and Technology, Engineering, Public Health and Medicine, Sustainable Agriculture Development, Humanities and Social Sciences, and Private Sector Development.
Scholarship Benefits: Successful applicants will receive a comprehensive scholarship package that covers all essential expenses:
- Full Tuition: The scholarship covers the entire tuition and credit fees for the chosen program.
- Airfare: Recipients receive a return airfare to Taiwan.
- Accommodation: Housing expenses are covered during the study period.
- Monthly Allowance: A monthly allowance is provided for personal expenses (NT$12,000/month for undergraduates, NT$15,000/month for masters, and NT$17,000/month for PhD).
