  2. For Master’s students: Enrollment at a state or state-recognized German university.
  3. For PhD students: Acceptance at a German university for doctoral studies or research.

Special Consideration for Certain Countries: Graduate students pursuing their MA, Diploma, or State Examination in Germany, as well as doctoral students pursuing a PhD or doctoral research in Germany, hailing from Egypt, Libya, Lebanon, Tunisia, Yemen, Jordan, Morocco, and Iraq are welcome to apply.
