The Elevate Scholarship, provided by Flinders University in collaboration with the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences & Engineering (ATSE), will award up to 500 scholarships over six years. These scholarships are available for both undergraduate and postgraduate students, covering degrees and higher studies in various STEM courses offered by the university.
To be eligible for the Elevate Scholarship, you must:
- Identify as a woman or non-binary person.
- Enroll as a domestic student at Flinders University.
- Be planning to pursue a STEM degree, PhD, or higher studies focused on improving business acumen.
- Commence your studies in 2024.
Qualified applications will be reviewed by an expert selection committee comprising STEM leaders with diverse backgrounds and experiences. The panel will consider the applicants’ responses, the field of study they are interested in, and the diversity of applicants in the decision-making process.
The Elevate Scholarship offers partial funding, with the maximum amount not exceeding:
- $30,000 for undergraduate scholarships
- $82,000 for postgraduate research scholarships
- $70,000 for leadership scholarships
