1. International applicants pursuing a Masters or Ph.D. program in Germany are welcome to apply.
2. Proficiency in the German language at a B2 level or above is required.
3. For Masters applicants, admission to a state or state-recognized German university is necessary.
4. For Ph.D. applicants, acceptance at a German university is required.
5. Graduate students from Egypt, Libya, Lebanon, Tunisia, Yemen, Jordan, Morocco, and Iraq pursuing their MA, Diploma, State Examination, Ph.D., or doctoral research in Germany can also apply.
